Several other artists from the Western pooled their benefits to help with remodeling costs, many pitched in with their own labor to finish up the space. Hard to clean props such as glitter or plant debris are expected to be cleaned up using the cordless vacuum provided in the space. The studio must be returned to the exact condition you found it in and teardown time is included in your rental so please book accordingly. ![]() Overtime is charged at 1.5x hourly rate per Peerspace policy. **Booked rental time includes setup and tear-down. If you have more than two cars, we ask that you utilize the free street parking. Our studio is easily accessible by car and we offer two parking spots in the gated parking area. Props and backgrounds/colors are subject to change so please contact us ahead of booking if you need something specific. We have a prop collection which includes several backgrounds, fabric, plates, cups, plants, wooden boxes, and much more which can be rented as well. Our collection of 53” seamless is available for an additional fee. We also have a hair/makeup station stocked with hygiene items for touch-ups. There is a private bathroom that is sanitized daily. We have a beautiful Article leather sofa and several chairs/stools that are included in your rental. There are six large windows that allow tons of natural and dynamic direct light to come in. The studio features an industrial vibe with high ceilings and brick walls with one plain white wall as well. We have quick access to freeways, and around the corner is Academic Coffee. We are located in downtown San Jose, near San Jose State. The rentable area is 1,100sf and is perfect for portrait sessions, product shoots, fashion shoots, creative projects, and meetings. This space doubles as our office and studio and we are excited to share it with the creative community in the South Bay.
